- Steering the creative direction and ensuring the outcome supports the brand and all product and campaign-related marketing activities
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape and track creative performance
- Development and alignment of high-quality creative concepts that are competitive, trend-setting, and memorable—internally and with external agencies

- Be part of the Creative Operations Team of designers, copywriters, videographers, other creative professionals, and work with third-party vendors to ensure quality and branding standards
- Work cooperatively in an international team environment, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and budget
- Meet intense and changing deadlines, manage multiple projects, balance shifting priorities, and focus on solutions to improve quality and efficiency as projects progress


 **What will convince us**

- Successfully Bachelor degree in Design, Art, or related field, or commensurate work experience
- Several years of proven experience in professional design and campaign concepts in a business-to-business environment
- Basic understanding of cell biology and bioscience concepts is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Skills in using AI tools are an advantage
- High level of personal initiative, accountability, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
