Your role Key responsibilities in your new role * Perform electrical measurements in the characterization laboratory and in the line * Prepare, set up, and operate laboratory equipment and measurement tools * Collect, validate, and organize measurement data * Support technology development engineers in characterization setup development * Assist technology development engineers in process route creation * Establish and manage process records, sample tracking, and experiment logistics * Coordinate sample movement between laboratories, production areas, and engineering teams Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Technical education (HTL or Bachelor's degree) in Electronics or a related field * First working experience with laboratory measurement equipment preferred * Experience in programming such as Python/Matlab and Basic PCB design as a plus * Understanding of characterization and testing methodologies * Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions with strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good organizational and planning skills * Effective communication with engineers, technicians, and operations teams * Fluent English and basic German proficiency We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
