As a **Mechanical Design Engineer (d/f/m)** in Finkenwerder, you will play a key role in the **Seat-to-Seat cable integration** of aircraft cabins. You will be responsible for designing, developing and documenting engineering solutions that ensure safe, high-quality and on-time implementation in a complex aerospace environment. - Define **Seat-to-Seat cable lengths** and integrate electrical wiring into the aircraft cabin based on customer-specific system configurations. - Develop, review and design technical solutions for aircraft cable integration. - Prepare engineering documentation within the **ATA92** framework in compliance with applicable standards and ensure the verification and validation of design solutions. - Support the timely and high-quality delivery of engineering solutions throughout the **End-to-End Customization** process. - Create and maintain **2D and 3D designs**, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, design standards and interface specifications. - Drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes and actively contribute to process optimization and improvement projects. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels to coordinate technical topics and ensure successful project execution. #### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: You are a great fit for this **Mechanical Design Engineer (d/f/m)** position if you combine strong technical expertise with a structured approach to work and enjoy solving complex engineering challenges.
