- First point of contact for our internal and external customers as a Special Service Expert Logistics + - Responsible for ensuring smooth customs clearance processes - Monitoring of transport execution (shipment tracking) as well as coordination of transport partners and implementation of alternative solutions in the event of unforeseen disruptions - Ensuring compliance with operational KPIs - Co-responsibility for monthly bookings of existing customers within our network - Supporting larger national and international projects - Supporting our foreign subsidiaries as part of a central competence team Ihr Profil: - Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, air traffic clerk, or a comparable commercial qualification, with comprehensive knowledge of the global logistics market - Excellent customer and service orientation, with the ability to inspire our customers even in critical and stressful situations through a “Yes We Can” attitude - Independent, solution-oriented, and goal-driven way of working, combined with commitment, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility - Friendly and professional demeanour, strong communication skills, excellent teamwork, and a strong problem-solving mindset - Very good German and good English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office applications - Applicants with severe disabilities will be given preference if equally qualified
