Our AI software automatically matches candidate CVs to employer requirements. You’ll be matched with suitable postings through our system.
Do you support personnel going to Germany?
Yes. Through our partners in Germany, we provide a referral for a 60-minute free legal and tax/finance consultation valid for one year. We also refer candidates to relevant NGOs in line with EU integration principles, considering culture, origin, and profession.
What are WF Career’s advantages?
We offer lawful, transparent process management, fast evaluation, and a broad employer network—enabling quick placement into the right job. We provide language training referrals, manage interviews, and do not charge any fees before a contract is signed.
Is the destination company reliable?
Yes. No employment contract is signed before we examine and approve the company’s corporate and legal documents.
How are interviews conducted?
Interviews are held online and supported by WF Career software. AI asks questions and reports responses; the system provides bank-level security. Live online interviews are also possible. For requests of 50+ candidates, we can organize free on-site interviews.
Has the payment system been updated?
Yes. Half of the fee is paid in Türkiye in three stages; the remaining half is paid in Germany in 4–8 installments based on your new salary scale.
How does the process start to go to Germany?
The process starts when you submit the required documents: relevant qualification recognition/experience, German language level (at least A1–A2 depending on the role), and your diploma if applicable.

Language level depends on the profession; we offer free German language training.
Is there a prepayment?
No. We do not request any prepayment before the process and contract are finalized.
What does WF Career do during and after the visa process?
We support the visa application end-to-end: document preparation, official follow-up, and post-contract start coordination. We arrange airport pickup; residence and work rights are secured under immigration law.
What are salary and working conditions in Germany?
They vary by sector; the weekly workload is around 39–40 hours and overtime/additional payments may apply. Our AI-assisted software matches you to roles with conditions suited to your skills and experience.
How can I start working with WF Career?
You can apply through our website. We create your candidate profile, prepare documents, and plan visa and recognition steps. You’ll have a personal consultant throughout, and our AI-supported system routes you to the most suitable positions.
How does the recognition (equivalency) process proceed?
Documents are translated by a sworn translator, notarized, and submitted to the relevant German chambers/authorities. WF Career closely tracks the process and transparently informs both the candidate and the employer.
