WF Career Application Requirements

Candidates who would like to benefit from job opportunities in Germany or other countries through WF Career must meet the following requirements:

• 1. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2. Education Level: Must hold a diploma, certificate or recognised vocational qualification that matches the position applied for.
• 3. Language Proficiency: German or English may be required depending on the position and the employer’s expectations. (Language guidance and referrals are provided by WF Career.)
• 4. Health Condition: Should not have any health issues that would prevent working abroad.
• 5. Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal record.
• 6. Passport: Must possess a valid passport.
• 7. Motivation and Adaptability: Should be motivated and prepared to work abroad, adapt to different cultures and comply with work discipline.
